Yes — the Marketplace is open to verified private sellers as well as agencies. You'll need to verify your identity with a national ID and proof of ownership before your first listing goes live. The process usually takes under 24 hours.

Gridpoint is POPIA-compliant and stores all customer data in African data centres (Johannesburg and Nairobi). We never sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time from Account Settings, and our DPO responds to requests within 14 days.
You keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, you drop to the free tier, which retains your listings, saved searches, and basic marketplace access — but locks premium analytics, CRM, and API access until you reactivate.
Business and Enterprise plans include seat-based team access with role-based permissions: Admin, Agent, Analyst, and Viewer. Each member gets their own login, and admins can audit activity from the Workspace dashboard.
Our AVM model has a mean absolute error of 8.4% across Harare suburbs and 11.2% nationally — benchmarked quarterly against CBZ, FBC, and CABS transaction data. For critical decisions, we recommend combining AVM with our CAMA and CMA models for a composite estimate.
